Each Upkid substitute has been background checked and fingerprinted following the State Child Care Licensing rules. Each substitute has received at least 2.5 hours of pre-service training. Also, every substitute has been personally interviewed by the Upkid team and every Child Care Provider can review the substitute's bio before bringing them to their facility.
There are two things that need to happen before an Upkid teacher comes into your facility.
There are no subscriptions. Child care programs who use our service only pay for the hours that an Upkid Teacher works at their facility plus an Upkid service fee. The Upkid service fee is competitive with typical temporary staffing agency fees.
